I am a physical therapists, now semi-retired, and currently seeing patients two days a week. My approach focuses on hands-on, osteopathic-based care combined with specialized biomechanical re-education exercises.

Most patients are guided through a personalized home exercise program designed to address their specific needs. I use osteopathic manual therapy techniques with many of my patients. A few patients are treated in my clinic with supervised exercises. Ultrasound, e-stim, heat, and cold treatments are used as needed.
Initial sessions are around 1 hour. Follow up sessions are usually 1/2 hour.
I accept Medicare and most major health insurance plans in our area. I also offer an affordable self-pay rate for patients paying out of pocket.
